The Mediterranean Diving Show 2026 strengthens its international scope with the participation of exhibitors from 22 countries

Two weeks before its opening, the leading trade show in the diving sector is nearing 150 stands that will showcase the latest innovations from March 13 to 15 at Fira de Cornellà

Fira de Cornellà will once again become the epicenter of underwater activities from March 13 to 15. Just two weeks before the event, the participation of 147 stands has been confirmed, consolidating its position as one of the most important gatherings in the sector at a European level. This year’s edition stands out for its international reach, with 35 exhibitors from 22 countries, representing 24% of the total participants.

The Mediterranean Diving Show (MDS) celebrates its 26th edition this year, featuring exhibitors from the United Kingdom, Mexico, Italy, Poland, the Philippines, Finland, Germany, Portugal, the Netherlands, France, Malta, Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, Tanzania, Malaysia, Mozambique, Egypt, China, Cape Verde, Jordan, and the Maldives. This strong international presence is complemented by significant national participation, reinforcing the balance between local and global offerings while expanding business and networking opportunities.

Another noteworthy figure is the addition of 28 new or returning exhibitors, accounting for 19% of the total. This indicator reflects the dynamism of the sector and the confidence that brands, diving centers, tourist destinations, and manufacturers place in the show as a platform to present new products, equipment, technology, and travel proposals.

Support from Major Brands

Once again, MDS is backed by leading brands and manufacturers in the underwater sector, who will take advantage of this 26th edition to showcase their latest innovations, next-generation materials, and cutting-edge technological solutions, both in manufacturing and specialized distribution. The show will bring together leading companies such as BEUCHAT, Dynamicnord (Fifth Element GmbH), Tabata Europe Corporation B.V., SEAC Sub, XDEEP, De Profundis, Suunto Oy, Custom Diving Systems, and FINCLIP, among other well-known brands such as Decathlon, which will present its diving line.

The exhibition will feature broad representation from sectors covering the entire underwater activities value chain: technical diving equipment, ice and altitude diving, recreational diving, insurance, promotion of tourist destinations, lighting, underwater imaging and photography, underwater disciplines such as freediving and spearfishing, schools and diving centers, education and training, underwater robotics, specialized travel agencies, and more.

The event is also supported by organizations and institutions such as the Catalan Federation of Underwater Activities (FECDAS), Menorca Tourist Board, Eivissa Tourism, the Directorate-General for Maritime Policy and Sustainable Fisheries of the Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food of the Government of Catalonia, the Civil Guard’s GEAS unit, the aquatic unit and maritime policy representatives of the Mossos d’Esquadra, the Red Cross Maritime Rescue and Preventive Services, as well as entities such as Club Esportiu Mosaik Sub and HDSES, the Diving History Association.

In addition to the exhibition area, a program of activities will enrich MDS. Highlights include introductory scuba and freediving sessions held in the heated pool installed at the venue, as well as the Professional Technical Conference program, a forum for debate and presentations aimed at analyzing the present and future of the sector.

With this comprehensive exhibition offering, MDS consolidates its position as a leading showcase for the sector, where professionals, diving centers, instructors, athletes, and enthusiasts can discover firsthand the trends shaping the underwater world.

Countdown to the Mediterranean Diving Show 2026

Two months before the event, the Fira de Cornellà exhibition hall features broad and outstanding participation from exhibitors in the underwater sector.

Leading brands in the underwater activities sector, diving centers and schools, training organizations, manufacturers, distributors, and specialized travel agencies have already confirmed their participation as exhibitors at the Mediterranean Diving Show 2026, which will take place from March 13 to 15 at Fira de Cornellà. Two months ahead of the event, the iconic Diving Show once again establishes itself as the benchmark diving event and as one of the most prominent fairs on the European calendar, both for the quality and diversity of its exhibitors and for its ability to bring together professionals, enthusiasts, and lovers of the underwater world.

The Mediterranean Diving Show will once again be the essential meeting point for the sector, offering the opportunity to discover the latest innovations, establish professional contacts, explore new destinations, and share experiences related to scuba diving, freediving, and other underwater disciplines. In its twenty-sixth edition, Fira de Cornellà will once again become the epicenter of the diving world from March 13 to 15. Since its first edition, the show has evolved in parallel with the industry, consistently positioning itself as a reference space for professionals and practitioners.

The fair will open its doors on Friday, March 13, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; on Saturday, March 14, from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; and on Sunday, March 15, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Over these three days, visitors will be able to explore a large exhibition area showcasing the latest equipment for all levels—from beginner and recreational diving to technical and professional gear. Wetsuits, fins, lighting systems, underwater imaging equipment, waterproof housings, watches, regulators, and solutions for all depths and temperatures will be on display.

The participation of travel agencies and dive centers will allow visitors to discover top destinations and holiday packages tailored to all types of needs. In addition, those wishing to further their training will find a wide range of courses, as well as information on new official certifications and specializations across the different disciplines within the sector.

The heated pool, the star attraction of the show

Beyond the exhibition stands, the heated pool installed at the venue will once again be one of the major attractions of the Mediterranean Diving Show. Equipment and gear demonstrations will take place in the pool, and, as every year, younger visitors (from 8 years old) will be able to experience their first introductory dive, always accompanied by professional instructors. The pool will once again be one of the most dynamic areas of the show, with continuous activity throughout the three days.

Another key feature of the event will be the conference hall, which will host a new edition of the Professional Technical Conferences: a forum for presentations and debate on new trends, analysis of the present and future of the sector, and a space for launching initiatives linked to the world of diving.

Visitors will also be able to enjoy exhibitions and other parallel activities currently being prepared to make this 26th edition another success, backed by its track record and the support of the sector’s leading stakeholders.

Tickets may be purchased directly at the box office during the days of the fair. Tickets will be valid for one day, with the option to purchase two- or three-day passes.
